Payment terms:  Full payment of training class is due upon registration.  Class space is limited, so please call to verify space is available before processing your payment.  (See other Terms & Conditions)

Cancellations:  All CoMc, LLC SnapSys Pro training courses are held based on a minimum enrollment basis.  Although CoMc, LLC strives to hold all scheduled training, no warranty or guarantee is made regarding holding any course.  CoMc, LLC reserves the right to cancel a training session up to 15 calendar days prior to the scheduled training start date.  CoMc, LLC assumes no liability for course cancellation for any reason.  Any costs related to a student’s taking of a training course including, but not limited to airfare, hotel, per diem, mileage, any travel costs or lost employee wages or salary are the responsibility of the student and/ or their employer.  If a course is cancelled, CoMc, LLC’s liability is limited only to the amount paid by the registrant for the training course, which will be refunded by the same method in which it was received, or issued as a credit toward a future training course.  CoMc, LLC reserves the right to alter a training venue, if necessary.

In the event a student cancels a course, a refund of the amount paid will be issued unless the cancellation occurs less than fifteen (15) calendar days prior to the course’s starting date.  All student cancellations must be in writing.  Registrants who cancel less than 15 days of their course’s start date will receive a credit that can be applied to a future course.

If a registrant does not cancel an fails to attend, the student forfeits the course fee, and a credit for a future course will not be issued.  Registrants are responsible for canceling their el and travel-related reservations.

Students who are disruptive or exhibit inappropriate  behavior as determined by the instructor will be removed from the class, and NO REFUND OR CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED.

Disclaimer:

During the training course, CoMc, LLC may take photographs which may be published or used for promoting future CoMc, LLC training courses.  CoMc, LLC offers no compensation of any kind for attendees for use of photographs taken of attendees.  By completing this registration, you agree to allow CoMC, LLC to use any photographs taken.

Additionally, the registrant accepts the responsibility for and certifies that he/she meets the pre-requisites for this training as listed in the course description of the course for which he/she is registering.  Registrant understands that it is his/her responsibility pay the registration fee at the time of registration.
